1/2 lb. (about 20) Oreos, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla (real is better)
1 c. miniature chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour

Mix Oreos and butter; press in springform pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add milk and mix until smooth. Mix in egg and vanilla. Coat 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour. Fold chips into batter. Pour into pan. Sprinkle other 1/2 cup chocolate chips on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool COMPLETELY, then refrigerate.
