CALIFORNIA MARINADE 
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. mustard
1/4 c. Worcestershire
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 to 2 tsp. cracked pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

Mix and store in refrigerator until ready to use. Marinade for chicken, pork or beef. I usually marinade london broil overnight. Marinade may be reused.
