CALIFORNIA SALSA 
2 lg. fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 1/2 tsp. jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped
1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

In bowl, combine tomatoes, jalapeno, cilantro, onion, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Stir well; taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Cover and refrigerate until 20 minutes before serving. Salsa will keep for 3 days.
