CALIFORNIA COLE SLAW 
SLAW:

2 heads green cabbage, shredded
1 head purple cabbage, shredded
2 green bell peppers, shredded
2 red bell peppers, shredded
2 gold bell peppers, shredded
1/2 white onion, shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped
4-6 carrots, shredded

DRESSING:

1 c. champagne vinegar
2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
2 lemons, juice
1 tsp. sugar

Toss vegetables. Mix dressing and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate 1-2 hours, tossing occasionally. Serves 16.
