PAM'S CHOCOLATE MAGIC 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 c. Cool Whip (largest container)
2 sm. boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
Remainder of Cool Whip
Nuts or chocolate shavings

Mix first 3 ingredients together and press firmly into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Then chill 1 hour before filling. Blend next 3 ingredients together on high speed until smooth and spread over graham cracker crust. Blend pudding and milk at high speed for 1 minute and spread over cream cheese mixture. Put thin layer of Cool Whip on top. Add nuts or chocolate shavings on top of Cool Whip. Serves at least 15. May substitute any flavor of pudding.
