ENSALADA NACHO DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) taco sauce
Finely chopped lettuce
1 lg. tomato, seeded & chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives

Mix cream cheese and taco sauce. Spread over platter. Add lettuce and top with tomato, olives and cheese. Use nacho chips to scoop and dip.
