BAKED FISH 
1 onion
Fish fillets
Lemon juice
Salt, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese

Put thin slices of onion on bottom of ungreased baking pan. Lay fish on top of onion, sprinkle with lemon juice on top lightly. Season fish with peppers, salt, garlic and some Parmesan cheese. Put pan on side.

Make sauce: Mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 8 ounces sour cream, 1 can of mushrooms (cut up). Sprinkle with parsley. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. You won't eat fish any other way.
