MY FAVORITE HOLIDAY CHICKEN 
Not just plain roast chicken.

2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
4 oz. brown sugar
1 1/2 oz. melted butter
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 lb. chicken, either halved or parts
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cold water
Orange slices to garnish

Mix orange juice, rind and brown sugar. Mix melted butter with the mustard and rub over chicken. Place chicken (skin side down) in a greased baking pan and pour the orange juice mixture over it. Bake at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes until chicken is tender. Baste frequently. For the last 15 minutes, turn chicken skin side up to brown and glaze. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. add to sauce and cook until thick. Serve with orange slices to garnish.
