PIZZA CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. chopped green pepper 1/3 c. chopped onion 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 (14 oz.) can pizza sauce 1/4 oz. can mushrooms, drained 1 (3 1/2 oz.) sliced pepperoni 1 c. water 2 c. uncooked noodles 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Combine beef, pepper, and onion in 2 quart casserole. Cook covered on full power 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Stir halfway through cooking time and drain. Stir in rest of ingredients except cheese. Cook 6 1/2 to 9 minutes or until it boils. Stir; continue cooking on power level medium 8-12 minutes or until noodles are tender and liquid absorbs. Top with cheese. Melt few minutes; let stand covered 5 minutes. |
