ANGEL BISCUITS 
5 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
2 c. milk (or water)
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. shortening (or butter)

1/2 cup warm water add the yeast. Sift dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add dissolved yeast and milk. Let stand until it rises almost double. About 1 1/2 hours. Squeeze off into golf ball or little large size. Put into baking dish. Let stand about an hour and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Butter tops when still hot.
