STUFFED PEPPERS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. sized onion, chopped
Dash of Accent
Dash of salt & pepper
Pinch of sage
Pinch of oregano
2 eggs
4-5 slices bread
1 c. rice
1 big can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup

Mix bread, onion, spices, eggs and rice into hamburger. Cut tops off green peppers and clean out. Fill with hamburger mixture and replace tops. In another bowl mix tomato sauce, soup and one soup can of water together. Place filled peppers in baking dish and cover with sauce mix. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Cover and cook until boils, then reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake 2 hours. Peppers should be tender.
