1 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 (8 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 pkg. fudge striped cookies, crushed

Mix buttermilk and pudding. Add remaining ingredients. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle a few cookie crumbs on top. Refrigerate.
