RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
4 c. rhubarb, cut up fine 3 eggs 3 tbsp. milk 1 3/4 c. sugar 4 tbsp. flour 3/4 tsp. nutmeg Beat eggs; add milk. Stir in sugar; add flour and nutmeg. Mix together. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into 9-inch uncooked crust. Bake at 400°F for 50 to 60 minutes. |
