KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
Meat from 1 chicken, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas, cut or torn into sm. pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 c. grated cheese or cubed Velveeta
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. Rotel tomatoes with green chilies

Blend soups and tomatoes in a bowl until smooth. In a 2 1/2-quart greased casserole dish layer ingredients using half the amount of each, starting with chicken, tortilla pieces, onion, sauce, and cheese. Repeat layering. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
