BAKED FILLET OF SOLE 
2 tbsp. instant onion
2 tbsp. water
3/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. sole fillet
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. parsley

Combine instant onion with water; let stand for 10 minutes. Add seasonings (except parsley), oil and lemon juice. Place fish in a greased baking pan. Pour seasoning mixture over fish. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Just before serving, sprinkle parsley over fish. Makes 4 servings.
