LEMON GINGER CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 c. seedless green grapes
1 c. thinly sliced celery

Combine first three ingredients.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. salt

Add to chicken mixture. Serve in cantaloupe halves. Sprinkle with slivered toasted almonds. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
