LEMON TARTS 
1/4 stick butter (melted)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour (self-rising)
1/4 c. sweet milk
1/4 c. Real Lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Mix sugar and butter. Add eggs, flour, lemon juice and milk. Pour in uncooked pie shells made in muffin tins, greased. Bake 350 degree 25-30 minutes.
