LEMON TART PIE | |
2 c. sugar 2 heaping tbsp. flour Lump of butter 1 lg. lemon 1 pt. milk 3 egg yolks 3 egg whites 2 unbaked pie shells Mix sugar and flour well. Add butter and egg yolks, lemon rind and juice. Then add milk and finally, beaten egg whites. Fill pie crust and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown on top, about 40 minutes. |
