BLUEBERRY TART PIE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
2 tbsp. sour cream
1/3 c. sour cream
2 c. berries
3 lg. egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar

Into 1 1/4 cup flour cut butter until fine particles. Add 2 tablespoons sour cream until dough forms a ball. Press into bottom and sides of a 9x1 1/2 inch cake pan with removable bottom. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove and reduce oven to 350 degrees.

Spread berries over hot pastry. Beat together until smooth; yolks, 1/3 cup sour cream, sugar and remaining flour. Pour over berries.

Bake at 350 degrees until top is golden (45-50 minutes). Cool on rack. Remove side wall of pan; serve warm.

NOTE: Other fruits may be used instead of berries.
