ZUCCHINI MINI-ROUNDS | |
1 c. Bisquick mix 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 2 lightly beaten eggs 2 c. shredded zucchini squash 2 tbsp. oil Mix all ingredients except oil together. Heat oil in skillet. Drop by heaping tablespoons and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until done. |
