BUTTERSCOTCH PIE 
1 1/2 c. browns ugar
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook in double boiler until thick.

ICING: Mix one tablespoon cornstarch, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 cup water, cook and let cool. Beat 3 egg whites, dash salt, whip until it forms peaks. Beat until creamy, add 6 tablespoons sugar, bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
