AUNT ALICE'S HOT ROLLS | |
4 c. warm water 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. salt 3 pkgs. yeast 1 c. oil 10 to 12 c. flour Mix water and yeast together, let set to see if yeast works. Then add all other ingredients. To make cinnamon rolls when dough raises, roll out, cut into strips. Dip into melted butter, cinnamon and sugar that is mixed, about 4 pounds sugar and 6 tablespoons cinnamon are how much you like, more or less. Then roll and put in a baking pan with melted butter and brown sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Then turn upside down on foil so that the butter and brown sugar will run down into the rolls. |
