SHAMROCK HOT ROLLS | |
6 c. flour 2 pkgs. instant yeast 2 2/3 c. warm water 1 tbsp. salt 1/3 c. honey 1/2 c. dry milk 1/2 c. Crisco Mix all dry ingredients together. Dissolve instant yeast in warm water. Put yeast mixture, honey and Crisco in mixer bowl. Add dry ingredients. Mix well and knead for 10 minutes by holding and folding. Turn oven light on and place bowl of dough in oven. Let rise to double in bulk. |
