1 lg. Oreo cookies, ground fine
1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 pkg. French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 c. powdered sugar

Cream 1/2 stick butter, 8 ounce cream cheese and 2 cups powdered sugar. Add pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Place in layers with cookies on bottom and top.
