1 lg. pkg. (3 rows) Oreo cookies
1 stick butter, room temperature
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Crush cookies finely, then set aside. (I use food processor.) Cream butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar; set aside. Mix milk with pudding mix as directed on pudding package. Blend in cream cheese mixture and Cool Whip. Layer pudding mixture and cookie crumbs all the way to the top of container, topping with cookies. The cookies on top look just like dirt, thus the name. This is really cute if served in a new flower pot.
