MARASCHINO CHERRY BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. bottle chopped cherries
1 c. chopped nuts

Put flour, sugar, soda and salt in large bowl. Add buttermilk, oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add cherries and nuts. Bake in 2 loaf pans (well oiled and floured). Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
