3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Unbaked 9" pie shell

Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and flour. Then add melted butter and mix well. Add buttermilk and flavoring and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees until custard is set.
