ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3-4 cloves garlic
2 lbs. ground round
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 1/2 tbsp. sweet basil
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
4 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
8 cans water
Salt and pepper to taste

Chop garlic very fine and saute in olive oil until brown. Add salt and pepper.

Combine basil, sugar, tomato paste, and water in large saucepan. Add ground round when done. Simmer for 3-4 hours.
