THAT'S ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 c. parsley
2 tsp. oregano
2-3 cloves garlic
1 sm. onion
Little olive oil
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 (18 oz.) Contadina tomato paste (36 oz. of tomato paste must be Contadina)
7 c. water
Add potato while cooking

Saute onion and garlic with a little olive oil. Put all ingredients in a crock pot. Simmer on low 7 hours or more; add potato a couple hours after the sauce has begun to simmer.

Add meatballs or keep it a meatless sauce or add broccoli and make a vegetarian sauce.
