EASY ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 (14 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. oregano
Lard
1 pkg. Italian sausage

Combine tomato juice and paste in kettle on low heat. Add garlic and other spices. In fry pan, heat lard and add Italian sausage. After done frying, add sausage and about 1/2 cup lard mixture (from fry pan) to sauce. Cook sauce and sausage together for a total of 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Skim the top and serve with noodles.

NOTE: If you double the recipe be sure to cook for 6 hours.
