EASY ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3 to 4 pork chops
2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lg. can tomato sauce or puree
1 lg. jar Prego spaghetti sauce

Fry chops in shortening until brown. Remove and set aside. Fry ground chuck and Italian sausage taken out of casing. Add garlic and onion and fry until beginning to brown. Add puree and spaghetti sauce and simmer 1/2 hour. Add chops and simmer about 1 1/2 hours. Remove chops and serve on the side.
