OVEN PORK CHOPS AND VEGETABLES 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. pork chops
1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 med. carrots, cut into bite size pieces
2 sm. cans mushrooms
Hot cooked rice
3 cloves garlic

Roll pork chops into flour and brown. Set aside and put remaining flour into pan with drippings, onions, garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, carrots and mushrooms. Cook until mixture thickens. Put chops into roaster and pour sauce over chops. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Put rice on serving plate and cover with chops.
