BANANA CREAM SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 sm. bananas
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Mix Jello with 1 3/4 cup water. When dissolved add all the pineapple. Chill to consistency of egg white. Fold in bananas, nuts, and whipping cream. Serves 6-8.
