DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE 
4 hard boiled eggs
1 (8 oz.) box uncooked creamettes
4 oz. dried beef, cut up
2 cans mushroom soup
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
1 lg. onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased pan or casserole. Store in refrigerator overnight. Bake the next day at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
