CRAB STUFFED POTATOES 
4 baked potatoes
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. light cream or evaporated milk
3 tsp. grated onions
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. crabmeat
1/2 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled
Green onion tops, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the baked potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out potato, being careful not to break skins. Whip potato with butter, cream, salt, pepper, onion, and cheese until light and fluffy. With a fork, mix in crabmeat and refill the potato shells. Sprinkle with bacon and onions; reheat in very hot (400 degrees) oven for 10 minutes.
