CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
4 c. (1 lb.) fresh cranberries
2 oranges, quartered
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped if desired

Put cranberries, quartered and seeded oranges with rind through a food chopper. Add sugar; mix well. Chill in refrigerator several hours before serving. Makes 1 quart and will keep for several weeks.
