FUDGE CAKES 
1/4 c. butter
2 squares chocolate
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in double boiler with chocolate. Cool. Beat in eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, nuts. Bake in shallow, well-greased pan at 350 degrees for 14 to 20 minutes. Cut in squares while warm.

CREAMY ICING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg white
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond
