OVEN JAMBALAYA 
2 1/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of onion soup, undiluted
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies, undrained and chopped
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

Combine first 5 ingredients in a lightly greased shallow 3-quart baking dish; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Stir in sausage and shrimp. Cover and bake an additional 20 minutes or until rice is done. Yield: 8 servings.
