SAUSAGE AND CHICKEN JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. chicken, boneless
1 lb. Hillshire beef sausage
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
Tony's seasoning
Garlic, chopped & to taste
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. rice

In large Dutch oven, brown onion in oil. Once onion is browned, add celery and Bell pepper. Saute until tender. Add chopped chicken and saute in seasonings for approximately 5 minutes. Add sausage and season with Tony's to taste. Add garlic. Add rice and saute with other ingredients for 3 minutes. Add water and stir thoroughly. Place cover on Dutch oven and cook approximately 20 minutes.

NOTE: Check the dish after 15 minutes, for taste as you may wish to add more Tony's and more water if you find the dish is too dry and needs additional water.
