LIGHT AND FLUFFY WAFFLES 
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. oil

Mix dry ingredients. Combine egg yolks, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks; fold in. Cook on preheated iron.
