HOOSIER SALAD 
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, reserve juice
1 lg. can mandarin oranges
1 c. cubed colby cheese
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped walnuts

Dressing: 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour Reserved pineapple juice

Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. In small saucepan, combine dressing ingredients and bring to boil till thick; let cool. Pour over fruit mixture. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
