2/3 c. oil
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Press into pie plate. Add pie filling. Sprinkle with sugar. Use remaining of pie crust on top of filling.
