DELICIOUS CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tbsp. water

SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Cut wings and sprinkle with garlic salt. Remove wing tips and boil in 2 cups water till tender. Mix in a plastic bag flour, starch, garlic salt. Beat eggs in water, dip wings in egg mixture and shake in plastic bag. Fry in oil till golden brown. Place in baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken and bake 30 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees. Use chicken stock from boiling the wings to make sauce. Bring sauce to a boil before pouring on chicken.
