CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. flour
2 beaten eggs

SAUCE:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. pineapple juice or sm. can crushed pineapple
3 to 4 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. soy sauce

Cut wings into 3 pieces and discard tips. Sprinkle with garlic salt and let stand awhile. Dip pieces in egg, then flour and brown in fat. Heat sauce ingredients and salt to taste. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, arrange chicken, cover with sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
