CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lb. chicken wings
2 eggs, beaten with 1 tsp. water
1 c. flour
Garlic salt

SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce

Cut wings at joints; throw every away wing tips. Dip in egg, then flour, egg, flour; sprinkle with garlic salt and brown to a golden crisp.

Sauce: Heat slightly in saucepan. Add pineapple chunks if desired. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
