SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
1/3 c. shortening
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. salt

Brown wings in oil. Remove as they brown. In a kettle combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over chicken wings. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
