CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
1 c. water
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix together. Marinate 20-25 chicken wings 3/4 hour or more. Spread chicken wings on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees turning wings and baste with remaining sauce. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
