CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
4 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. water
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. ginger

Mix marinade ingredients together. Place chicken wings in flat dish and pour marinade over. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Arrange wings on cookie sheet in single layer and bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
