CHICKEN WINGS IN BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 egg
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. garlic

Mix cornstarch and garlic together; dip chicken in beaten egg. Then roll in cornstarch mixture. Fry in oil until brown.

Sauce: Mix 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and salt to taste. Pour over chicken and simmer 1 hour.
