TANGY VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can white corn, drained
1 can peas, drained
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 c. celery, chopped
1 small jar pimiento, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped

Marinade:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 tsp. water
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. celery seed

For the marinade: mix the first 5 ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool slightly and add oil and celery seed. Pour over drained vegetables and let set 5 hours or overnight.
